AGM- Treasury and Finance

We are looking for an experienced AGM – Finance & Treasury to join a leading organisation in the construction sector in the UAE.Key Requirements:CA qualified – must have cleared CA in the first attempt10+ years of experience in Finance, Treasury & AccountingStrong experience in the construction/contracting industryExpertise in project finance, cash flow management, budgeting and forecastingStrong knowledge of working capital, project costing, WIP and revenue recognitionExperience managing banking relationships, facilities, guarantees and LC/BG requirementsStrong understanding of financial reporting, taxation and internal controlsExperience handling multiple projects and senior stakeholdersStrong leadership and team management skillsUAE/GCC experience preferredQualificationsChartered Accountant (CA) – First AttemptRequired SkillsStrong experience in Finance, Treasury & AccountingExpertise in project finance, cash flow management, budgeting and forecastingStrong knowledge of working capital, project costing, WIP and revenue recognitionStrong understanding of financial reporting, taxation and internal controlsStrong leadership and team management skills
