About PKC AgroPKC Agro is the agricultural division of PKC Group. We import and distribute agricultural inputs including fertilizers, biological products, seeds and crop-protection products across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.We are a small, entrepreneurial team and are looking for someone who can take real ownership of our agricultural product registrations.Your main responsibility will be to move products from supplier documentation → MOCCAE submission → ministry follow-up → registration certificate, without needing management to chase you for every next step.What you will ownPrepare and submit product registration dossiers through MOCCAEManage registrations for fertilizers, soil conditioners, pesticides, seeds and other agricultural inputsReview supplier documentation and identify missing or non-compliant documentsCoordinate certificates, technical documents, laboratory analyses and English/Arabic labelsFollow up proactively with suppliers, laboratories and government authoritiesRespond to MOCCAE comments and queries until registrations are completedManage renewals, amendments and import-permit requirementsMaintain a clear registration tracker with status, outstanding actions and deadlinesAs the business expands, support registrations in Saudi Arabia and other GCC marketsThe person we are looking forYou are someone who naturally takes ownership.If a document is missing, you chase it.If a ministry request is unanswered, you follow up.If something is blocking a registration, you identify what is needed and move it forward.You do not wait for someone to assign every next action.Required:B.Sc. in AgricultureCurrently residing in the UAEStrong EnglishVery good attention to detail and document managementAbility to organize your own workload and communicate progress clearlyImportant advantage:Arabic proficiency — strongly preferred because of ministry communication, labels and local regulatory work, but not mandatoryPrevious hands-on experience with MOCCAE agricultural product registrations1–3 years of relevant UAE experienceAgricultural Engineer accreditation / eligibility in the UAEExperience with fertilizers, pesticides, biostimulants, biological products or seedsWhat we offer20-hour or 40-hour working modelFlexible hybrid setupHigh level of autonomy and responsibilityDirect exposure to management and suppliersOpportunity to build the regulatory function as PKC Agro expands across the GCCHealth insuranceTransportation allowanceCurrent-generation laptop and phoneThis role can be especially attractive for someone who is highly capable and organized, but prefers flexibility and autonomy over a traditional corporate environment.
