In addition, SIGO provides tailored landscaping and beautification solutions for luxury hotels and large developments, creating distinctive green environments that combine natural elegance with innovative design.Role Description The Agricultural Engineer at SIGO will work on-site in Riyadh in a full-time capacity, supporting sustainable agricultural operations and landscape projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and optimizing irrigation systems, implementing pest control strategies, and providing technical assistance to field teams and partners. The role involves planning and monitoring agricultural production processes, ensuring that projects align with environmental, safety, and quality standards. The Agricultural Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve yields, enhance resource efficiency, and support the development of green spaces for commercial and hospitality projects.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Agricultural Engineering knowledge, including applied agronomy and sustainable farming practices.Candidates should possess skills in Irrigation system design, optimization, and water resource management.Candidates should possess Pest Control expertise, including integrated pest management and environmentally responsible solutions.Candidates should possess Planning and Technical Assistance capabilities to support project execution, field operations, and stakeholder coordination.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a closely related discipline.Experience in field-based agricultural projects, preferably in arid or semi-arid climates.Ability to interpret technical data, use agricultural engineering tools, and prepare accurate reports.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
