If you are ready to be part of the team shaping Dubai’s skyline, your future starts here.As a Agriculture Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, planting, and maintaining softscape and horticultural works across Azizi's residential and community developments, ensuring healthy plant growth suited to the UAE climate.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee softscape execution — turf, shrubs, trees, and planting bedsSelect plant species suited to UAE soil and climatic conditionsConduct soil testing and recommend soil improvement/fertilization programsSupervise planting, mulching, and post-planting maintenance schedulesMonitor plant health, pest/disease control, and irrigation adequacy in coordination with the Irrigation EngineerReview landscape drawings and ensure agronomic feasibility of designPrepare planting schedules, BOQs, and material specificationsCoordinate with landscape contractors and consultants on softscape qualityEnsure compliance with municipality greenery and landscaping guidelinesTrain and guide site labor/gardening teams on best horticultural practices

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Engineering, Horticulture, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years' experience in softscape/agriculture roles, preferably with a UAE contracting or landscaping firmStrong knowledge of regional flora, soil types, and climate-adapted plantingExperience with pest and disease management programsFamiliarity with UAE landscaping and greenery standards
