In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of agriculture and arboriculture projects that enhance urban green spaces and environmental sustainability. You will serve as a critical link between engineering teams, urban planners, and stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards.Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for agriculture and arboriculture initiatives within urban planning frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelinesDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope statements, schedules, budgets, and risk assessmentsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, landscape architects, environmental specialists, and municipal authorities to ensure seamless project executionAnalyze technical requirements and feasibility studies for arboriculture and agricultural integration in urban environmentsMonitor project performance metrics, identify variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget adherencePrepare and present progress reports, status updates, and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with local regulations, environmental standards, and sustainability requirements specific to Riyadh's urban planning initiativesManage stakeholder communications and coordinate between internal teams and external partnersIdentify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as neededSupport the development of best practices and process improvements for future agriculture and arboriculture projectsQualifications7+ years of professional experience in agriculture, arboriculture, or environmental engineering5+ years of demonstrated experience in project management office (PMO) functions or project management rolesProven experience managing complex urban planning or infrastructure projectsStrong proficiency with project management tools and software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar platforms)Advanced knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAD softwareExpertise in budget management, resource allocation, and financial forecastingComprehensive understanding of urban planning principles and regulations applicable to Middle Eastern contextsKnowledge of sustainability standards and environmental compliance frameworksExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detailExceptional organizational and time management abilitiesOutstanding written and verbal communication skills in EnglishDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholdersProficiency in technical documentation and report writingPreferred: Experience with landscape design and green infrastructure projectsPreferred: Familiarity with arboriculture best practices and horticultural standardsPreferred: Background in environmental sustainability and climate-resilient urban planning
