This role oversees end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of agricultural projects, including crop production initiatives, supply chain activities, and resource allocation. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams, tracking project timelines and budgets, and resolving operational issues to maintain project quality and productivity. The Agriculture Project Manager will manage logistics and expediting activities, ensure inspections and compliance with relevant standards, and prepare regular progress reports for leadership. The role also involves identifying process improvements, implementing best practices in agricultural operations, and supporting strategic decisions to enhance project outcomes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting experience.Candidates should possess logistics-related skills, such as Logistics Management and Expeditor responsibilities.Candidates should possess quality and compliance skills, including Inspection and monitoring of agricultural processes.Experience in agricultural operations, farm management, or agribusiness is highly beneficial.Ability to analyze data, manage budgets, and prepare clear project reports.Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Project Management, or a related field preferred.Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., project management systems, spreadsheets) and willingness to work on-site in the Al-Qassim Region.
