If you're excited about operating at the intersection of AI, automation, product, and customer success, we want to hear from you.The roleUnderstand hiring requirements from clients and help set up hiring campaigns Work with hiring managers to ensure they're getting the best results from Scouto Review AI-generated candidate pipelines and share relevant profiles with clients Coordinate with product and engineering teams when clients need support or improvements Use Scouto's AI recruiting platform to manage and optimize hiring workflows Build automations and workflows that improve client operations and internal processes Act as the bridge between clients and our AI recruiter About You1–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, account management, or a similar role AI-native. You've spent real time using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, or similar products Curious. When you see a repetitive process, your first instinct is to figure out how to automate it Comfortable speaking with founders, hiring managers, and business stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Excited to work in a fast-moving startup environment Skills: hiring,client management,account management,recruiting,operations
