The head office of Brunel International is located in Amsterdam.ABOUT THE ROLEBrunel is rolling out AI solutions — starting with NEO (our in-house AI platform) — across every region and function. That only works if people actually use the tools and get genuine value from them every day. This role is primarily about making adoption happen. You will work hands-on to drive real, sustained usage of AI solutions across Brunel’s global regions — removing barriers, equipping local teams, and building the momentum needed for change to stick. Alongside this, you will help operationalize an existing governance framework to make compliance practical and low-friction for the business. You will spend a significant portion of your time on the road: presenting to regional teams, delivering training, and making sure that what looks good on paper translates into real daily usage. You don’t need to come from a governance background — what matters most is your ability to drive change, communicate across cultures, and get people genuinely engaged with new tools. This is an individual contributor role. You will collaborate closely with colleagues and regional stakeholders, but you are not responsible for managing a team. You bring structure and execution — not headcount.WHAT YOU'LL DOAdoption & Value Realization — Your Primary FocusDrive adoption of NEO and other AI solutions across all Brunel regions — not just rollout, but genuine daily usage and measurable valueIdentify and remove adoption barriers, whether they are process-related, cultural, or organizationalBuild momentum with regional teams by understanding their context and adapting your approach — what works in Houston won’t necessarily work in SingaporeDevelop and maintain adoption metrics that go beyond login counts: usage quality, business impact, time savedConduct root cause analysis when adoption stalls and act on findings quicklyOwn the full post-launch lifecycle: feature updates, refresher enablement, and knowledge base maintenanceIdentify scalable opportunities across regions to improve existing AI solutions or develop new ones — turning adoption insights into input for the product roadmapEnablement, Training & Change ManagementDesign and deliver compelling training programs, onboarding materials, and communication campaigns that make people want to use the toolsEquip Regional AI Transformation Experts as local enablement anchors who can carry the message forward independentlyPresent to regional and functional teams with confidence and clarity — adapting your message to the audienceCreate materials that are practical, visually engaging, and designed for real-world use — not compliance theaterApply structured change management methodologies to roll out tools in a way that builds lasting habitsAI Governance — Making It PracticalHelp operationalize the global AI governance framework (designed by external legal specialists) — translating policy into actionable guidance people can actually followSupport intake, assessment, and sign-off processes for AI initiatives — designed for speed without cutting cornersMaintain a central AI risk register and compliance tracking structureLiaise with external legal experts to stay informed on evolving regulations and communicate updates clearly to the businessEnsure governance acts as an enabler of speed and confidence, not a blockerCross-Functional Collaboration & ReportingAct as the bridge between legal, IT, business, and regional stakeholders — keeping everyone aligned without slowing anyone downBuild reporting structures that give leadership clear visibility into adoption progress and compliance statusCoordinate enablement activities with the product delivery cadence so rollouts feel seamless to end usersWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR3–5 years of experience in digital or AI adoption, change management, rollout management, or enablement in an international corporate environmentA proven track record of driving adoption of digital or AI tools or platforms across multiple regions or business units — this is your strongest credentialExperience designing and delivering training programs and communications for diverse, non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with structured change management methodologies (certification is a plus, not a requirement)Comfort with AI governance or compliance topics is a plus — but you don’t need to be a legal or policy expert; external specialists handle thatStrong stakeholder communication skills — able to adapt your message to different audiences, from regional managers to senior leadershipExperience in staffing, recruitment, or professional services is a strong advantageFluent in English; German or Dutch are a strong advantageINTERVIEW PROCESSTwo interviews and an online assessmentWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUCompetitive base salary with benefits; benefits including pension scheme, group health insurance, 26 paid vacation days with the option to buy up to 40 vacation days per year, travel allowance scheme, bicycle lease plan, gym discount, laptop and smart phone with Microsoft powered IT tools.Opportunity to play a significant role in a global AI rollout and adoption.International exposure day to day as well as some travel.Coaching and mentoring through weekly check-ins.Friendly, collaborative & supportive team environment.Through the Brunel Academy - Brunel's learning & development programme - you have every opportunity to continue to develop yourself, both professionally and personally.
