AI Adoption and Change Management

Role Overview Delphi Consulting is seeking a client-focused AI Adoption and Change Management Consultant to lead and support the people, process, and organizational dimensions of AI-enabled transformation programs. The role will focus particularly on Microsoft Copilot and related AI, automation, low-code, pro-code, and digital workplace solutions. The consultant will work directly with government entities, public-sector organizations, and enterprise clients in the UAE to assess readiness, engage stakeholders, identify adoption barriers, develop change and adoption strategies, design role-based learning programs, and drive sustained usage of implemented solutions. This is a mid-level consulting position for a professional with approximately five years of relevant experience. The successful candidate must be comfortable engaging with senior leaders, business users, technical teams, human resources, communications, learning and development functions, and end-user communities. The role is focused on achieving measurable adoption and behavioral change rather than only coordinating training activities. Key Responsibilities AI and Microsoft Copilot Adoption

• Develop and execute structured adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Copilot Studio, AI agents, intelligent automation, and other AI-enabled workplace solutions.
• Translate technical capabilities into practical, role-based business scenarios and use cases that are relevant to employees, managers, and functional teams.
• Conduct discovery interviews, workshops, surveys, focus groups, and user research to understand business needs, employee concerns, readiness levels, and barriers to adoption.
• Identify priority user groups, business functions, personas, and use cases for pilot programs and phased enterprise rollout.
• Develop end-to-end adoption roadmaps covering awareness, readiness, pilot preparation, onboarding, enterprise deployment, reinforcement, and continuous improvement.
• Design and establish champion networks, super-user communities, communities of practice, and peer-learning programs to promote sustained adoption.
• Plan and facilitate adoption campaigns, AI awareness sessions, innovation challenges, prompt-a-thons, demonstrations, and user-engagement activities.
• Support clients in promoting responsible, secure, ethical, and effective use of generative AI and related technologies.Organizational Change Management
• Apply recognized change management methodologies, including the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model, throughout client engagements.
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, change impact assessments, organizational readiness assessments, training-needs analyses, and adoption-risk assessments.
• Develop integrated change management plans covering leadership alignment, stakeholder engagement, communications, learning, resistance management, reinforcement, and adoption measurement.
• Identify organizational, cultural, behavioral, operational, and capability-related factors that may affect the success of technology transformation programs.
• Develop targeted change interventions for executives, managers, employees, technical teams, champions, and other stakeholder groups.
• Coach and support executive sponsors, program leaders, and people managers in communicating the purpose, value, and expected outcomes of AI transformation initiatives.
• Create practical mechanisms for collecting user feedback, responding to concerns, and incorporating lessons learned into subsequent phases of the adoption program.
• Track change-related risks, dependencies, stakeholder concerns, resistance points, and required interventions throughout the engagement. Training, Learning, and User Enablement
• Design structured learning and enablement programs for Microsoft Copilot, AI solutions, automation tools, Power Platform, and other digital workplace technologies.
• Develop role-based learning journeys aligned with user personas, business functions, technical confidence, and organizational maturity.
• Create high-quality instructor-led and digital learning content, including presentations, facilitator guides, user guides, quick-reference materials, frequently asked questions, prompt libraries, recorded demonstrations, elearning content, manager toolkits, and champion toolkits.
• Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, leadership briefings, and train-the-trainer programs in Arabic and English.
• Adapt learning materials and delivery approaches to the cultural, operational, and language requirements of UAE public-sector and enterprise clients.
• Coordinate training schedules, participant communications, attendance, assessments, feedback, completion reporting, and post-training reinforcement.
• Work with technical teams to ensure learning content accurately reflects the implemented solution, security requirements, approved use cases, and client operating model. Client and Stakeholder Engagement
• Build effective relationships with government and enterprise stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, technology teams, human resources, communications, learning and development teams, and end users.
• Lead or support client discovery sessions, readiness workshops, stakeholder interviews, adoption planning workshops, and executive presentations.
• Communicate technical and AI concepts in clear business language suitable for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Facilitate discussions on AI awareness, workforce readiness, responsible AI, new ways of working, organizational capability building, and business-value realization.
• Prepare professional client-facing presentations, proposals, statements of work, adoption strategies, executive updates, status reports, and recommendations.
• Manage assigned workstreams, deliverables, deadlines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations within a consulting environment.Adoption Measurement and Continuous Improvement
• Define adoption objectives, key performance indicators, baselines, and measurement approaches for each engagement.
• Track indicators such as active usage, frequency of use, training participation, user confidence, user satisfaction, use-case adoption, champion engagement, productivity improvements, and business-value realization.
• Develop adoption dashboards, surveys, scorecards, progress reports, and executive-level summaries.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback to identify user groups or business areas requiring additional support.
• Recommend targeted interventions for low-adoption groups, including additional coaching, communication, training, leadership engagement, or use-case refinement.
• Document success stories, lessons learned, reusable assets, and proven approaches that can be applied across future Delphi Consulting engagements.
• Support clients in transitioning from initial deployment and pilot activity to sustained, organization-wide adoption.Required Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, communications, education, information systems, technology management, or a related discipline.
• Approximately four to six years of relevant professional experience in organizational change management, technology adoption, digital transformation, learning and development, management consulting, or digital workplace programs.
• Prosci Change Management certification is mandatory.
• Strong practical knowledge of the Prosci methodology and ADKAR model, with experience applying them in real client or organizational transformation programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing and delivering change management, stakeholder engagement, communication, adoption, or training programs for technology-enabledtransformation.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, digital workplace, AI, automation, data, ERP, CRM, or comparable enterprise technology programs.
• Experience facilitating workshops, training sessions, stakeholder meetings, discovery sessions, and executive presentations.
• Strong experience creating professional presentations, adoption plans, communications, learning content, user guides, and executive reports.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, stakeholder groups, and priorities in a consulting or project-based environment.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic is mandatory.
• Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE or have clear eligibility and availability to work in the UAE.
• Ability and willingness to work regularly from client sites across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other UAE locations as required. Preferred Qualifications and Experience
• Previous experience with a system integrator, consulting firm, technology provider, or professional-services organization.
• Experience delivering change, adoption, communication, or learning programs for UAE government or public sector organizations.
• Hands-on familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, Viva, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft technologies.
• Understanding of AI agents, generative AI, prompt engineering, intelligent automation, low-code, and pro-code solutions.
• Experience developing AI use-case libraries, prompt libraries, champion programs, adoption campaigns, and adoption measurement frameworks.
• Additional certifications in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot, Agile change management, project management, learning and development, instructional design, or design thinking.
