The team partners with businesses that want to reduce repetitive work, scale efficiently, and future-proof their operations with agent-ready infrastructure.Role Description The AI Agent Developer (Full Stack) role is a full-time remote position responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven agents and supporting applications. In this role, the developer will build end-to-end solutions, including backend services, APIs, and front-end interfaces that integrate with existing enterprise systems and cloud platforms. Daily tasks include implementing AI agent workflows, integrating LLMs and automation tools, optimizing performance and scalability, and ensuring secure, reliable data flows across systems. The developer will collaborate with product, UX, and client teams to translate business requirements into technical architectures, iterate on proofs of concept, and move solutions into production. The role also involves maintaining documentation, writing clean and testable code, and contributing to best practices for agent-ready infrastructure and DevOps pipelines.Qualifications Strong full stack development skills in modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, or .NET).Experience designing and integrating RESTful or GraphQL APIs, microservices architectures, and scalable backend systems.Hands-on experience with AI/ML and LLM-based solutions (e.g., OpenAI, Azure AI, or similar), including building workflow-driven agents and copilots.Proficiency with cloud platforms and DevOps practices (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP; CI/CD pipelines; containerization with Docker/Kubernetes).Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and secure data handling.Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs, working closely with product and UX teams to deliver user-centric solutions.Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills, with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.Comfort working in a remote, distributed environment, with effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
