WE’RE HIRING | AI Agent Engineer – LangChain / LangGraph & Voice AI Location: Gurugram, HaryanaExperience: 2–4 YearsBudget: Up to ₹16 LPAWork Mode: On-site / Hybrid We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Engineer with practical experience building LLM-powered agentic workflows and real-time Voice AI applications. The ideal candidate must have experience with both LangGraph and Voice AI, along with strong Python development skills. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop LLM-powered AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.- Build stateful agent workflows with nodes, edges, conditional routing, checkpointing and persistence.- Implement short-term, conversational and long-term memory architectures.- Develop tool-using agents with API integrations, function calling, retrieval and structured outputs.- Build real-time Voice AI pipelines involving Speech-to-Text (STT), LLM/agent processing and Text-to-Speech (TTS).- Integrate voice technologies such as OpenAI Realtime, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Google Speech, Azure Speech or Twilio.- Optimize streaming, latency, interruption handling and conversational context retention.- Develop backend APIs using Python/FastAPI.- Implement guardrails, retries, fallbacks, tracing, evaluation and monitoring.
