AI amplified.The RoleWe are looking for an entrepreneurial and hands-on AI & Automation Lead to develop Neominds’ AI capabilities and turn emerging technologies into practical, secure and measurable business outcomes.Working closely with our leadership team and clients, you will identify high-value use cases, design AI and automation solutions, support their implementation and embed AI-enabled ways of working across consulting engagements.This is a strategic and delivery-focused position. You will combine advisory skills, technical understanding, business acumen and a product-oriented mindset while helping shape a key area of Neominds’ growth.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory and DeliveryAssess clients’ processes, technology environments and operational challenges.Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities based on value, feasibility and risk.Define AI adoption strategies, roadmaps and implementation plans.Lead proofs of concept and support solutions through to production.Advise senior stakeholders on AI governance, security, responsible adoption and organisational readiness.Translate complex technical topics into clear recommendations and business decisions.Define success metrics and measure the value delivered by implemented solutions.AI and Automation SolutionsDesign practical solutions using generative AI, intelligent workflows, APIs and automation technologies.Develop reusable accelerators for document analysis, reporting, knowledge management, decision support and programme governance.Evaluate AI models, platforms and vendors according to business, technical, security and regulatory requirements.Work with client and partner teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and processes.Establish appropriate controls for data protection, model reliability, human oversight and operational resilience.Transform successful client use cases into repeatable, scalable and commercially viable solutions.Contribute to solution packaging, product definition and go-to-market development.Neominds’ Internal CapabilitiesEmbed AI-enabled methods and tools throughout Neominds’ consulting activities.Build reusable frameworks, templates and automation components.Define internal guidelines for the secure and responsible use of AI.Train consultants and clients in effective AI-assisted ways of working.Contribute to the development, positioning and commercialisation of Neominds’ AI and automation offering.Support proposals, client presentations and business-development conversations.Monitor relevant technological developments and translate them into actionable opportunities.Help identify and develop new service lines, partnerships and potential product opportunities.Your ProfileSignificant experience in AI, automation, digital transformation, technology consulting or a related field.Demonstrated ability to take AI or automation initiatives from opportunity assessment to implementation.Strong understanding of generative AI, large language models, intelligent automation, APIs and enterprise integration.An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to build capabilities in a growing organisation.A strong orientation towards solution packaging, product development and the creation of repeatable offerings.The ability to balance client-specific requirements with scalable and reusable approaches.Experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.Ability to connect technical possibilities with business priorities and measurable outcomes.Sound understanding of data protection, information security, AI governance and responsible AI principles.Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills.Team spirit and strong ability to collaborate with people.Ability to uplift team members AI capabilities, sharing methods, knowledge and best practicesA pragmatic and structured approach, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.Fluent English;
