The role is responsible for identifying business challenges, optimizing operational processes, and delivering practical AI and automation solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, decision-making, and overall business performance.Working closely with departments including Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Sales, and Retail, you will transform manual processes into intelligent digital workflows while ensuring scalability, security, and measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Process ImprovementAnalyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.Engage with stakeholders to understand operational challenges and business requirements.Document current and future-state workflows.Prioritize automation initiatives based on business value and ROI.Translate business needs into practical AI and automation solutions.AI SolutionsDesign, implement, and optimize AI-powered business solutions.Build AI assistants, chatbots, knowledge bases, and intelligent workflows.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable platforms.Develop AI use cases for reporting, forecasting, analytics, document processing, and decision support.Create effective prompt engineering strategies and AI workflows.Ensure responsible, secure, and reliable use of AI technologies.Intelligent AutomationDesign and automate repetitive business processes.Develop workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms.Integrate ERP, HRMS, CRM, POS, Finance, Procurement, and operational systems.Automate approvals, reporting, notifications, reconciliations, and document processing.Monitor and continuously improve automation performance.Business Solutions & Digital TransformationRecommend technology solutions aligned with business objectives.Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.Lead AI and automation projects from planning through implementation.Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with organizational standards.Data & AnalyticsAnalyze business data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.Develop dashboards, reports, and business insights.Improve data quality and reporting accuracy.Support predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making.AI GovernanceEnsure AI solutions comply with company policies and cybersecurity requirements.Protect confidential business information and sensitive data.Monitor AI outputs for quality, accuracy, and compliance.Promote responsible AI governance and risk management.Training & Change ManagementTrain employees on AI and automation tools.Develop user guides and best-practice documentation.Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.Encourage technology adoption and continuous process improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field.Master's degree is an advantage.Professional certifications in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, Data Analytics, or Project Management are preferred.Experience4–7 years of experience in AI, Automation, Digital Transformation, Process Improvement, Business Solutions, or Systems Implementation.Hands-on experience implementing AI and automation solutions.Experience leading cross-functional digital transformation initiatives.Experience working with Finance, HR, Operations, Manufacturing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail, or Sales functions.Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Production, Bakery, Hospitality, or Retail experience is highly preferred.Technical SkillsGenerative AI & Large Language Models (LLMs)Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Azure OpenAI, Google Gemini, or similar AI platformsMicrosoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)UiPath, Make, Zapier, n8n, Automation AnywherePower BI and Data AnalyticsAPIs & System IntegrationSQL and Database FundamentalsBasic Python or JavaScriptERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, or similar)AI Governance, Cybersecurity, and Data PrivacyCore CompetenciesBusiness Process AnalysisAI Strategy & InnovationAutomation DesignDigital TransformationCritical ThinkingProblem SolvingStakeholder ManagementCommunication & PresentationProject ManagementData-Driven Decision MakingContinuous ImprovementChange ManagementSuccess MeasuresPerformance will be measured based on:Successful delivery of AI and automation initiatives.Reduction in manual effort and process cycle time.Productivity and efficiency improvements.Business cost savings and ROI.User adoption and satisfaction.Accuracy, reliability, and scalability of implemented solutions.Compliance with AI governance and cybersecurity standards.
