Our workforce includes architectural designers, civil engineers, project consultants, project managers, and estimators.Resposibilities:● Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to reduce manual, repetitive, and time-consuming activities.● Design, develop, test, and implement AI-powered tools, automations, workflows, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).● Research and evaluate AI platforms, automation tools, APIs, and software solutions based on business requirements.● Develop practical solutions for process automation, document processing, data analysis, reporting, and workflow management.● Integrate AI and automation solutions with existing business systems and applications where appropriate.● Collaborate with department HODs and process owners to understand requirements and translate them into technology solutions.● Support the implementation and adoption of AI tools by providing guidance, documentation, and basic user training.● Monitor implemented AI and automation solutions and measure their efficiency, accuracy, cost savings, and business impact.● Identify and evaluate opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies across departments.● Maintain documentation of AI use cases, workflows, automations, configurations, and relevant processes.● Ensure responsible and secure use of AI, including appropriate handling of business data and access permissions.● Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, tools, and automation capabilities and identify potential applications within the Group.● Continuously improve existing solutions based on user feedback, changing business requirements, and measurable outcomes.Skills and qualifications:● Degree or diploma in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.● Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 1–2 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, software development, data analysis, or technology-related roles.● Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, business automation, and emerging technologies.● Basic to intermediate understanding of AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and workflow automation.● Knowledge of Python, SQL, Power BI, data analysis, or scripting is an advantage.● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand business processes and identify improvement opportunities.● Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology and automation solutions.● Good understanding of process mapping, workflow design, and continuous process improvement.● Ability to research, evaluate, test, and learn new technologies independently.● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.● Good attention to detail and a structured approach to documenting processes and solutions.● Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.● Awareness of data security, privacy, access control, and responsible AI usage.● A proactive mindset with a willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and develop practical Proofs of Concept.Ready to join send your CV to hr@livestsl.com
