AI & Business Systems Transformation Manager

The position sits at the intersection of business process improvement and technology strategy, partnering with teams across the company to identify practical opportunities for transformation and turn them into lasting operational improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage AI and business systems transformation initiatives across multiple departmentsEvaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and digital transformationResearch, recommend, and implement AI technologies, enterprise applications, and workflow solutions to enhance productivity and decision-makingPartner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical and operational solutionsManage system implementation projects, including scope, timelines, resources, testing, and user adoptionOversee the integration and optimization of ERP, CRM, BI, and other enterprise systemsDevelop and maintain business process documentation, workflows, and system standardsAnalyze business data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of transformation initiativesCollaborate with IT, engineering, operations, finance, sales, and other departments to ensure successful deployment of solutionsProvide training and change management support to promote user adoption and process improvementsEnsure compliance with data security, privacy, and company policiesMonitor emerging AI technologies and industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to support business growthManage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and software providersPrepare project status reports and present recommendations to senior leadershipRequirements5+ years in MIS, IT, business systems, ERP, or digital transformationExperience leading internal system improvements, automation, reporting, workflow optimization, or AI adoptionTechnical knowledgeHands-on experience with PeopleSoft is a plusHands-on experience with Oracle is a plusHands-on experience with HubSpot is a plusBusiness capabilityAble to understand company workflows and identify areas for efficiency improvementAble to translate business needs into system, data, or AI solutionsBenefitsMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k)Flexible spending accountCommuter benefitsDisability insuranceThe annual salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $170,000.
