Are you an AI or Computer Science graduate who is already building Copilot Studio agents and wants to deploy them into real enterprise environments?This role is with a Dubai-based Microsoft partner specialising in Copilot and AI adoption for enterprise and government customers. They deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot into large organisations in 30 days through their own rapid deployment programme, and have just been awarded two major new projects.You would join a small, senior, entirely Microsoft focused team, owning agent development end to end and becoming the internal expert on it.What's in it for you?AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per monthOn-site in Dubai, working on live enterprise Copilot deployments rather than internal pilotsReal ownership, you build the agents, publish them to production and support the users on themWhat will you be doing?Designing and building M365 Copilot agents in Copilot Studio for enterprise clientsImplementing agent logic, conversation flows and integrations across Microsoft 365 servicesTesting, debugging and validating prompts, connectors and workflows to production standardManaging deployment pipelines and publishing agents into live client environmentsRunning workshops, enablement sessions and webinars on Copilot and Copilot agentsKeeping pace with the platform and bringing new capability into what the team deliversWhat do you need?1 to 3 years of hands-on technical experience, recent graduates with strong project work welcomeA degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Science or similarDemonstrable experience building agents in Microsoft Copilot StudioFamiliarity with Power Automate, SharePoint and the wider Microsoft 365 stackComfortable presenting and running technical sessions in front of a roomFluent Arabic and English, based in DubaiDon't worry if your CV isn't up to date.
