AI & Data Analysis Specialist

RENECO's mission is to implement a global conservation strategy aiming to restore and preserve the Houbara bustard populations of North Africa (Chlamydotis undulata) and Asia (Chlamydotis macqueenii).To achieve these goals, RENECO has developed a multidisciplinary approach within different centers in Morocco, Central Asia, and the Arabian Peninsula by combining fundamental and applied research.To cope with the expansion of its activities and due to the development of new conservation projects, RENECO is opening new positions, giving a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious conservation program.Reneco International Wildlife Consultants is seeking an AI & Data Workflow Specialist to support the development and optimization of advanced data processing workflows across the organization.Working under the functional supervision of the Senior Database Manager, you will contribute to the integration of artificial intelligence, advanced analytics, and automation into our business processes. This role combines AI technologies, data science, workflow optimization, and user support to improve operational efficiency and enhance data-driven decision-making across conservation, ecology, veterinary, laboratory, and research activities.Key Responsibilities:Analyse existing business data workflows and integrate advanced AI and data processing solutions.Identify opportunities to optimize workflows by implementing cost-effective and innovative technologies.Monitor emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions aligned with business needs.Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and activity reports.Deliver user training and provide ongoing support on AI tools, their capabilities, limitations, and business applications.Coordinate technical activities with external service providers and technology partners.Support the implementation of AI-driven solutions across multiple operational domains.Participate in international missions as required.Requirements:Master's degree (or equivalent) in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.Previous professional experience in AI, advanced data analysis, or a related technical role.Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, automated recognition, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI agents.Proficiency in Python and R for data processing, analytics, and AI development.Experience working with SQL Server and T-SQL.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve complex business processes.Interest in applying AI solutions to scientific and operational environments such as conservation, ecology, laboratory, and veterinary activities.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Willingness to travel internationally when required.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Business Intelligence platforms, preferably Tableau.Basic knowledge of system and network administration (Active Directory, IP, DNS).Familiarity with GIS software, particularly Esri ArcGIS Pro.Fluency in English is required.French, Arabic, Russian, Kazakh, or Uzbek language skills are considered an advantage.
