A leading industrial organization is seeking an experienced AI Team Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions.This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, hands-on development, and team management, with a strong focus on implementing advanced AI technologies across the organization. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI Agents, and enterprise integrations within a hybrid Azure and On-Prem environment.As a key member of the technology leadership team, you will drive AI innovation, lead development efforts, and help transform business processes through cutting-edge AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of AI developers, providing technical guidance and establishing development best practices.Define and execute AI roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and delivery objectives.Design and develop enterprise AI architectures leveraging LLMs, RAG solutions, and AI Agents.Build and optimize end-to-end RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and retrieval processes.Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Graph API, and additional business applications.Ensure security, governance, access control, and data protection standards are implemented across AI solutions.Partner closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and lead AI initiatives from concept and proof of concept through production deployment.Required QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of leadership experience as a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or similar role within AI, Data Science, or Software Engineering teams.Proven experience working in large enterprise environments with complex business and technology ecosystems.Strong hands-on experience with Python development and building production-grade applications and services.Demonstrated experience designing and implementing RAG solutions in production environments.Experience with Azure OpenAI and/or OpenAI technologies, software architecture, API development, and scalable AI platforms.
