Role DescriptionThis role sits at the intersection of:AI & Digital TransformationBusiness ConsultingWorkforce & Change TransformationThis is a facilitation and transformation role, bridging business, workforce, technology, and people.You will work closely with SMEs, clients, business stakeholders, and ecosystem partners to drive practical AI adoption, business transformation, and capability development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and support digital and AI transformation initiatives for external stakeholders and clientsIdentify opportunities for AI, automation, process improvement, and operational efficiencyAnalyse business processes and recommend practical transformation solutionsManage transformation projects from planning through implementationFacilitate stakeholder engagement, change adoption, and capability developmentWork across business, technology, and workforce teams to ensure successful implementationSupport data-driven decision-making and longer-term innovation initiativesQualifications:2–4 years of working experience in implementing digital transformation initiatives for external clientsExposure to AI transformation initiatives is advantageousImportant Notes All information will be kept strictly confidential.
