If you enjoy learning, experimenting, building things and solving real problems, this is an opportunity to grow very quickly while working on a diverse portfolio of projects.Job DescriptionDevelop rapid prototypes and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) that demonstrate how AI and digital technologies can address real business challenges.Work with AI-powered development and prototyping tools such as ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Lovable, and other emerging AI tools to accelerate product development.Translate business needs, ideas and use cases into simple, functional and compelling digital solutions.Contribute to the design of software architectures, data models and digital solutions, working closely with senior technical leads.Develop full-stack applications, including front-end interfaces, back-end services, databases and APIs.Build, test and continuously improve prototypes and digital products based on user feedback.Experiment with new technologies and approaches and identify ways in which AI can make software development faster, smarter and more efficient.Work on projects across different sectors, industries and business functions, gaining exposure to a wide variety of real-world challenges.Collaborate with technical and non-technical team members to transform ideas into working solutions.Contribute to the development of innovative digital products that may evolve from initial prototypes into fully developed solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a closely related field.Strong programming and software development fundamentals.Knowledge of modern web development, databases, APIs and software development practices.Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and AI-assisted software development.Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, Lovable, or similar AI development and prototyping platforms is highly desirable.Ability to quickly learn new technologies and turn ideas into working prototypes and MVPs.Basic understanding of software architecture and data modeling.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Creative, curious and entrepreneurial mindset, with a willingness to experiment and try new approaches.Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.1–3 years of experience is preferred, but exceptional recent graduates will also be considered. We value technical ability, creativity, learning capacity and demonstrated potential more than years of experience.
