We are a team of practical, outcome-driven advisors who combine consulting rigor with hands-on implementation.Role DescriptionThe AI & Intelligent Automation Consultant is a full-time role. You will partner with client leadership teams, including government entities and financial institutions, to assess current processes, identify opportunities for AI and automation, and design practical solutions that improve business performance and execution.You will sit between the business and technology, taking clients from "where can AI help?" to working solutions that people actually adopt. You will work inside engagement teams alongside work design consultants, change managers, and client IT and operations teams.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and designPartner with client leadership to assess current processes and identify high-value opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, and roboticsLead process discovery and build automation roadmaps with clear prioritiesConduct stakeholder workshops to capture requirements, validate opportunities, and align leadersAnalyze data and workflows to build business cases covering cost, cycle time, quality, and riskDesign practical target-state workflows that allocate work between people, AI, and automationBuild and deliverLead and support the implementation of intelligent automation and robotics solutionsTranslate business requirements into clear specifications, and technical constraints into plain language for business leadersCoordinate with technical and business teams to deliver solutions, manage risks, and support go-livePlan and manage delivery across multi-stakeholder transformation initiativesWork within the compliance, security, and data governance requirements typical of government and banking environmentsMeasure and sustainEstablish baselines and track adoption, performance, and realized benefitsWork with change managers to make sure solutions are adopted and embedded into daily operations, not just deliveredPrepare structured recommendations and client-ready materials for senior stakeholdersBuild the firmContribute to internal capability building and reusable assets such as templates, accelerators, and playbooksHelp refine ELVEX methodologies for the AI eraStay current with emerging technologies and best practices in AI and automationQualificationsRequiredExperience working with government entities or banks and financial institutions, whether as a consultant, employee, or technology providerStrong process automation skills, with experience identifying, designing, and optimizing automated workflowsSolid consulting experience, including client-facing work, problem solving, and structured communication with senior stakeholdersExposure to robotics and intelligent automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms, AI-driven orchestration solutions) and an understanding of their practical application in business environmentsProject management skills, including planning, coordination, risk management, and delivery of multi-stakeholder transformation initiativesBachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related fieldStrong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to translate complex AI and automation concepts into clear, actionable recommendationsExcellent written and verbal English, with the ability to facilitate workshops and present to leadership teamsSelf-directed, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and locationsWillingness to travel for projects as neededPreferredConsulting or project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile)Experience working in or with organizations in the Middle East regionHands-on experience with automation or workflow platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, Automation Anywhere, n8n)Experience with generative AI, LLM tools, and agentic workflowsWorking knowledge of Python, SQL, or dashboard tools such as Power BIArabic language skillsWhat We OfferWork on high-impact transformation engagements across the regionA collaborative, entrepreneurial team with direct exposure to senior leadersOpportunities to shape ELVEX's AI-era methodologies and grow as the practice scales
