We need a recruiter who has been inside this world — not someone who has read about it.You will own hiring for roles that sit at the intersection of AI, media, content creation and technology. The people you hire are AI-native creators, engineers, analysts and strategists who use tools like Claude, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Perplexity, n8n and Make as core parts of their daily output. You know what genuine AI fluency looks like — and you know immediately when someone has just added tools to a CV without ever building anything with them.This is a build role. There is no existing process. You will create it.What You Will DoOwn end-to-end recruitment across AI, media, content, creative and technology functionsSource and assess candidates for highly specific AI-native roles — narrative producers, video creators, visual designers, distribution leads, growth and analytics specialists, intelligence researchers, and AI/ML engineersEvaluate candidates on actual AI tool fluency — verified through portfolios, workflow demos, work samples and practical outputs, never self-reported skills aloneBuild structured hiring pipelines and processes from scratchPartner directly with founders on every hire — no layers, no committeesDefine what "AI-fluent" means for each specific role and design screening criteria accordinglyMaintain a live pipeline of AI-enabled media and tech talentUse AI tools yourself daily to source, screen and move fasterRequirementsMinimum 5 years in talent acquisition with a clear focus on tech, AI, media or creative roles — evidenced in your career history, not stated generallyDemonstrated experience hiring for AI and ML roles — explicitly evidenced, not inferred from general tech experienceExperience hiring across at least two of: AI/ML engineering, software development, automation, content production, video production, social media, visual design, growth marketing, data analytics, creative technologyHas built or scaled a hiring function from early stage — you know what structured recruitment looks like when no structure exists yetPersonally uses AI tools daily — ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or equivalent — as part of your own workflowCan review a portfolio, an AI workflow demo, a video output or a content sample and assess real skill versus surface-level usageMinimum two relevant roles held for 2+ years each in tech, AI or AI-enabled media recruitingDubai-based or able to relocate immediatelyFluent English requiredYou Are Not the Right Fit IfYour recruiting experience is primarily in HR ops, payroll, admin, logistics, academic or healthcareYour "digital transformation" is HRIS implementation — SAP, Workday, Oracle do not countYou have never hired a software engineer, AI practitioner, content creator or video producerYou cannot evaluate a creative portfolio or assess whether someone genuinely uses AI toolsYou use AI tools only occasionally or not at allAll your relevant hiring was short stints under 1 yearWhat We OfferBuild the hiring function from day one with direct founder accessReal ownership — every hire matters and you will feel itWork at the frontier of AI, robotics and mediaCompetitive compensation based on experiencePremium office in Dubai JLTFast decisions, zero bureaucracyAccess to cutting-edge AI tools
