Role Description The AI & Technology Trainer/Mentor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role involves designing and delivering training sessions on AI and technology topics for students and graduates, using clear explanations, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises. The Trainer/Mentor develops curricula and learning materials, adapts content to different skill levels, and ensures that sessions are engaging, inclusive, and aligned with industry trends. Daily responsibilities include mentoring participants, providing feedback on projects, monitoring progress, and offering guidance on career paths in AI and technology. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine programs, evaluate training effectiveness, and maintain high educational standards.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills to create structured, outcome-focused training programs.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training skills to explain complex AI and technology concepts in accessible, engaging ways.Candidates should possess a solid background in Education, with experience teaching or mentoring learners in technical or STEM-related fields.Relevant experience in AI, data science, software development, or related technology domains, with up-to-date knowledge of tools and industry practices.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or a related field; advanced certifications in AI or instructional design are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple cohorts, and support learners from diverse educational and cultural backgrounds.Strong organizational skills, patience, and a commitment to learner success and ethical use of AI and technology.
