Its mission is to empower individuals with future-ready skills through high-quality instruction and applied learning.Role Description The AI and Data Science Trainer will deliver classroom-based training sessions in Mashrakh, providing full-time, on-site instruction on core concepts in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating lesson plans, preparing teaching materials, delivering interactive lectures and demonstrations, and guiding learners through hands-on projects, coding exercises, and assessments. The trainer will evaluate learner performance, provide constructive feedback, and support learners in understanding complex concepts in statistics, mathematics, and programming. Additional tasks include aligning course content with industry standards, maintaining accurate training records, collaborating with the academic team to improve curricula, and participating in workshops or faculty development programs. The role also involves mentoring learners on career pathways in AI and data science and promoting an inclusive, engaging, and outcomes-focused learning environment.Qualifications Strong foundation in Science Education with expertise in Physics and Mathematics to support teaching of AI and data science fundamentals.Proven experience as a Qualified Teacher or Trainer, with demonstrated skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.Solid understanding of core AI and data science concepts, such as machine learning, data analysis, statistics, and algorithmic thinking.Proficiency in relevant programming languages and tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Jupyter, common ML libraries) and ability to teach their application.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics in accessible, learner-friendly language.Experience designing or delivering skill-based, industry-oriented curricula, ideally in technology or data domains.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related disciplines.Commitment to inclusive teaching practices, continuous professional development, and supporting diverse learners in achieving measurable outcomes.
