Job Title : Lead AI Application Engineering & DevSecOps ConsultantLocation: Bangalore, Pune, GurgaonExperience: 7–10 YearsNotice Period: Immediate to 15 DaysWe're looking for an experienced Lead AI Application Engineering & DevSecOps Consultant to transform AI prototypes into scalable, production-ready applications while driving engineering excellence, security, and governance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess AI applications and codebases for production readiness across architecture, security, testing, and deployment.Harden AI applications using secure authentication, authorization, secrets management, and secure AI integration practices.Refactor prototypes into scalable, maintainable, and enterprise-ready solutions.Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.Define secure Azure deployment patterns using App Services, Functions, Container Apps, API Management, Key Vault, and Managed Identities.Implement Secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security best practices.Establish testing strategies including unit, integration, regression, end-to-end, and AI-specific testing.Drive AI assurance practices including prompt testing, response validation, adversarial testing, and model evaluation.Mentor developers and promote engineering standards, governance, and best practices across teams.Required Skills7–10 years of experience in Full-Stack Engineering, DevSecOps, or Application Engineering.Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, and Python.Hands-on experience building enterprise web applications, APIs, and microservices.Strong experience with Azure Cloud:Azure App ServiceAzure FunctionsAzure Container AppsAPI ManagementAzure Key VaultManaged IdentityAzure MonitorExpertise with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD automation.Strong understanding of API security, authentication, authorization, observability, and production support.Experience with Secure SDLC, threat modeling, vulnerability management, and security engineering.Preferred SkillsExperience with AI, GenAI, LLM, RAG, or Agentic AI applications.Knowledge of LangChain, Semantic Kernel, FastAPI, Flask, Streamlit, and Azure AI Services.Understanding of AI security concepts such as prompt injection, hallucination mitigation, AI testing, and model evaluation.Experience in financial services, risk management, or other regulated industries.
