In this role, you’ll collaborate directly with stakeholders from sales, operations, finance, service, and management to understand workflows and develop AI-driven tools that solve real business problems.From intelligent document processing to embedded copilots and workflow automation, you’ll create solutions that reduce manual effort, improve decision-making, and streamline operations.This is an ideal opportunity for a developer who enjoys both the technical side of building with AI/LLMs and the product-thinking side of understanding user needs and business impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy AI-powered internal applications and workflow toolsWork closely with cross-functional teams to identify repetitive or time-consuming processes that can be improved using AIBuild and integrate LLM-powered features such as:Prompt engineeringRAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)Structured outputsTool/function callingDevelop scalable full-stack applications using Python and TypeScript (or similar technologies)Integrate business systems and APIs including Salesforce, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, databases, and internal platformsPrototype, test, and iterate quickly based on user feedbackEnsure secure handling of internal and sensitive business dataWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of professional software development experienceExperience building internal tools or business applications used in production environmentsHands-on experience integrating LLMs into applicationsStrong proficiency in Python and TypeScript (or similar)Experience building full-stack web applicationsFamiliarity with APIs, databases, and enterprise tools/platformsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProduct mindset with the ability to identify and solve meaningful business problemsPractical understanding of when AI is the right solution—and when simpler approaches work betterNice to HaveExperience building AI copilots, chat interfaces, or agentic workflowsFamiliarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or TemporalExperience with vector databases, embeddings, OCR, and document processingBackground in operations engineering, RPA, or process automationUnderstanding of data privacy, access control, and responsible AI practicesExperience with rapid prototyping and user researchWhat Success Looks LikeWithin the first 6 months, you will have delivered at least one AI-powered internal tool that significantly reduces manual work for a business team.Within the first year, you’ll establish repeatable patterns for shipping AI applications internally and become a trusted technology partner across the organization.📩 Interested candidates can apply or share their profiles via LinkedIn message or email.
