Role Purpose:Provide specialized, part-time application support for AI-enabled MRI imaging, with a particular focus on cardiac MRI. The role bridges clinical MRI protocols and AI software tools — supporting installations, training, troubleshooting, and optimization across MHC and sister-company sites in Egypt. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Responsibilities: 1Support MRI application training and clinical protocol optimization, with emphasis on cardiac MRI sequences and AI-based image analysis/reconstruction tools. 2 2. Coordinate on-site/remote application support during MRI installations, upgrades, and case coverage; deliver training and refresher workshops for clinical staff. 3 3.Liaise with vendors and OEM teams on product updates, escalations, and troubleshooting; support pre-sales/post-sales technical demonstrations. 4 4.Document protocols, use cases, and best practices; monitor AI tool performance and flag issues to stakeholders. 5 5.Support MHC and IRC sites on a scheduled part-time basis, coordinating visits around agreed working days/hours.Core competencies:▪      MRI physics, sequence design, and cardiac MRI protocols▪      Understanding of AI/ML applications in medical imaging▪      Technical communication, training delivery, and problem-solving under clinical time pressure▪      Attention to detail; digital literacy (imaging software, PACS, Microsoft 365)Qualifications:▪      Radiologist or cardiologist; fluent Arabic and working proficiency in English.▪      Prior exposure to AI imaging software (reconstruction, post-processing, or CAD tools) is a strong advantage.▪      Available for a part-time schedule with flexibility for site visits and occasional travel between Cairo and Ismailia.Additional Information:Works closely with the CEO/Head of Clinical Applications, Radiology and Cardiology Departments, MRI/AI vendors, and IRC and sister companies. Success profile: clinically credible, reliable within agreed part-time hours, and professional at all times.
