AI Architect

Accellor is looking for an AI Architect to build and strengthen its AI, Data and Engineering solutions in the organization.This is a strategic leadership role responsible for building a high-performing AI & Data Center of Excellence, driving AI-led innovation, strengthening enterprise delivery capabilities, developing strategic client relationships, and building a world-class technology organization.The ideal candidate will be a proven AI/Technology lead, AI Practice lead, Engineering lead or Data & AI Leader — with strong experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data and enterprise technology, combined with exceptional people, client and business leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:AI & Technology Leadership: Work with leadership to drive execution of the AI & Data strategy aligned with Accellor's global AI vision and roadmapPractice Building: Build and scale a high-performing AI, Data and Engineering organizationGenerative & Agentic AI: Lead adoption and delivery of GenAI, LLM, RAG, AI Agents, Machine Learning and intelligent automation solutionsProduct & Innovation: Drive development of AI products, platforms, accelerators, reusable frameworks and intellectual propertyClient Leadership: Engage with CXOs and enterprise clients to identify AI opportunities, shape technology strategies and drive business outcomesDelivery Excellence: Ensure strategic AI programs are delivered with high quality, speed, scalability and measurable ROIBusiness Growth: Partner with Sales and Business Development on AI-led opportunities, pre-sales, solutioning, proposals and account expansionPeople Leadership: Attract, develop and retain top AI/ML, Data Engineering, Software Engineering and Architecture talentThought Leadership: Represent Accellor externally through AI/technology forums, industry events, partnerships and thought leadership initiativesRequirements15-18 years of experience in Technology, AI, Data, Product Engineering or Consulting, including 8+ years leading an AI team in a senior leadership capacity. Proven experience as an AI Architect, Technology Lead, Engineering Lead, Data & AI Leader or equivalent in Consulting and Service IndustryStrong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, RAG, Machine Learning, Data Engineering and Cloud platformsProven track record of taking AI initiatives from PoC → Production → ScaleExperience building and leading large, high-performing technology organizationsStrong enterprise client-facing and C-suite stakeholder management experienceDemonstrated understanding of business growth, revenue, margins, delivery and commercial outcomesExceptional communication, strategic thinking and executive leadership capabilitiesEngineering/technology degree from a well-recognized institution; an advanced degree (M.Tech/MS/MBA) from a premier institute is a plusPreferred Background:Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Enterprise Technology, E-commerce, Martech, Digital Products or AI-first organizations is preferred.
