We're Hiring | AI Automation & Business AnalystLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite)💼 Experience: 5–8 YearsWe are looking for an experienced AI Automation & Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business and AI-powered automation solutions within a leading banking environment.Key Responsibilities:✅ Analyze and understand business processes to identify AI automation opportunities✅ Build and prototype AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, or similar Low-Code/No-Code platforms✅ Gather and document business & functional requirements (BRD/FRD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria)✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver AI-enabled solutions✅ Ensure governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices within a regulated banking environment✅ Work in Agile delivery teams and support iterative solution developmentMust-Have Skills:✔ 5–8 years of Business Analysis / Digital Transformation / Process Automation experience✔ Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Appian, Power Platform, or similar automation tools✔ Strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Prompt Engineering, AI Workflows, and Workflow Automation✔ Experience in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and requirement gathering✔ Banking or Financial Services domain experience is highly preferred
