Job Title: AI AutomationLocation: Dubai, UAEEmployment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (6 Months)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Automation to lead AI adoption and process automation initiatives across our business functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior management and various departments to analyse existing workflows, identify operational risks, automate repetitive tasks, streamline reporting, and develop intelligent AI solutions that improve business efficiency and decision-making.This is a project-based role with clearly defined deliverables over a six-month period.Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Process AutomationEvaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation.Design and implement automation solutions using Claude AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and other leading AI platforms.Develop AI-powered workflows to reduce manual effort and improve productivity.Integrate AI tools with existing business applications, CRM systems, and back-office operations where feasible.Reporting & Business IntelligenceAutomate recurring operational and management reports.Develop dashboards and reporting tools for senior management.Improve reporting accuracy, consistency, and turnaround times.Consolidate data from multiple sources into meaningful business insights.Operational Analysis & Risk AssessmentAnalyze operational workflows across departments.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and business risks.Recommend practical technology and AI solutions to mitigate operational risks.Develop sustainable automation solutions that enhance internal controls and operational governance.AI EnablementTrain employees on the effective use of AI tools.Promote responsible AI adoption across departments.Develop AI usage guidelines and best practices.Support change management initiatives related to AI implementation.RequirementsHands-on expertise with Claude AI and prompt engineering.Experience using ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.Experience in workflow automation and business process optimisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience building automated reports and dashboards.Advanced Excel skills.Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar BI tools is highly desirable.Understanding of API integrations and automation platforms is an advantage.Industry ExperienceCandidates must have prior experience within the Forex, CFD, Financial Markets, or Brokerage industry.A good understanding of the following is essential:CRM workflowsClient onboardingKYC & AML processesDeposits & WithdrawalsTrading operationsBack Office functionsRegulatory environmentSales lifecycle within a brokerage
