We dream boldly, execute with discipline, and build global brands with clarity, intention and long term vision. The Role: We're building an internal AI platform that empowers every department—from Product and Marketing to Operations, Customer Service and HR—to eliminate repetitive work, improve decision-making and accelerate execution through automation and AI.We're looking for an AI Automation Engineer to help build that future.What you’ll build:AI tools that help Product, Marketing, Design, Operations and other teams work faster and smarter.Intelligent workflows that automate complex business processes across the organization.Internal AI systems built from real business knowledge, data and operational workflows.End-to-end automations that connect AI with Shopify, ERP, CRM and other business platforms.Scalable AI solutions that continuously improve through experimentation and business feedback.What you’ll do:Design and build end-to-end workflow automations using n8n, Make, Zapier or similar platforms.Develop AI-powered internal tools for Product, Marketing, Operations, HR and Customer Service teams.Integrate internal systems including Shopify, Meta, Google Workspace, ERP, CRM, databases and third-party services through APIs and webhooks.Build AI workflows using OpenAI, Claude and other LLMs for content generation, document processing, customer support, product management and internal knowledge retrieval.Develop agentic workflows that automate multi-step business processes.Build internal dashboards and monitoring systems to measure automation performance and business impact.Optimize and maintain production AI workflows as business needs evolve.Document automation architecture and technical implementation clearly for long-term scalability.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver practical AI solutions.Requirements Must-Have:3+ years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or software applications.Strong hands-on experience with at least one automation platform such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.Experience integrating REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and third-party services.Proficiency in JavaScript or Python.Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic into production workflows.Strong problem-solving skills with attention to reliability, monitoring, and error handling.Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from concept to deployment and deliver high-quality outcomes.Skilled in goal management, project execution, performance tracking, and continuous optimization to improve workflow efficiency and business impact.Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and prioritization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Nice to HaveExperience in E-commerce, DTC, or Marketplace businesses.Experience with the Shopify ecosystem.Experience with Meta Ads API, Google Ads API, or e-commerce marketing automation.Knowledge of SQL, databases, and data pipelines.Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, or multi-agent systems.Experience building internal AI tools, AI copilots, or productivity platforms.Why join Bloomentum:Competitive salary with no upper limit — compensation is based on your skills, experience, and impact.100% salary during the 2-month probation period.Full social insurance coverage upon official employment.13th-month salary, Tet bonus, and performance-based bonuses.Full access to the latest AI tools and technologies, including premium accounts and licenses (OpenAI, Claude, Cursor, n8n, and other AI/automation platforms).Work on high-impact AI initiatives that drive real business outcomes across a global DTC ecommerce company.End-to-end ownership of AI automation projects, from idea to production.Collaborate directly with leadership to shape Bloomentum's AI roadmap and transformation strategy.Explore and implement cutting-edge technologies, including LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and workflow automation.A fast-paced, transparent, and ownership-driven environment with significant opportunities for growth.Team ManagementReports to: CEO.Working LocationOn-site,Hong Kong Tower, 243A De La Thanh Str, HanoiWorking HoursMonday - Friday: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.Employment TypeFull-time, On-site.
