About the CompanyDar, the founding member of the Sidara group, is an international multidisciplinary consulting organization specializing in engineering, architecture, planning, environment, project management, facilities management, and economics.Sidara operates in 60 countries with 20,500 professionals, Dar connects people, places, and communities through innovative solutions to the world's most complex challenges.We deliver projects from inception through completion, embracing challenges to empower communities worldwide.Learn more at www.dar.com.Our Vision and Values:We aspire to be the chosen home of those with a gift for crafting solutions that empower people and an unwavering passion for learning and innovation.Our core values shape our culture and guide our decision-making.We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageAbout the RoleJob PurposeThe role of the AI Automation Engineer at Dar will be to design and implement intelligent automation solutions that enhance productivity, reduce manual processes, and improve accuracy across design, construction, and operations.They integrate AI, machine learning, robotic process automation (RPA) and/or automation tools, apply optimization techniques, to optimize project workflows and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deploy AI-driven automation applications for design, construction, and operations workflows.Identify repetitive or data-heavy business processes suitable for automation across AEC operations.Integrate AI automation applications/tools with BIM, CAD, project management and AI platforms.Collaborate with engineers, architects, computational designers, and data teams to align automation with business needs.Maintain and optimize automation pipelines, ensuring scalability and reliability.Research and implement emerging AI automation technologies relevant to AEC project delivery and business operations.QualificationsMust have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.1-3 years professional experience applying optimization techniques to workflows, is preferredMust have 1-3 years professional experience applying machine learning techniques: computer vision, reinforcement learning, graph networks, etc in professional settings.Must be familiar with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Must have proficiency in Python and C#/C/C++.
