AI Automation Engineering Instructor

This is a remote position.Remote | Contract / Cohort-Based Earlston Academy is looking for an experienced AI Automation Engineering Instructor to join our growing instructor network and lead career-focused, cohort-based training. This role is ideal for an experienced AI automation professional who wants to share real-world expertise while helping students develop practical, job-ready automation skills. What You'll Do Create and maintain AI automation course content and learning materials. Lead engaging live online sessions for assigned cohorts. Teach practical, industry-relevant AI automation concepts. Develop hands-on projects, workflows, exercises, and assessments. Demonstrate real-world AI automation tools and solutions. Mentor students and provide constructive feedback. Keep course content current with rapidly evolving AI technologies and automation platforms. Areas of Expertise AI Automation | AI Agents | Generative AI | Workflow Automation | RPA | API Integrations | Python | LLMs | Prompt Engineering | AI Workflows | No-Code/Low-Code Automation | n8n | Make | Zapier | AI APIs | Cloud Automation | Business Process Automation Application Applicants must submit a short video assessment demonstrating their ability to teach an AI automation concept. RequirementsCurrently working in AI automation, AI engineering, automation engineering, software engineering, or a closely related field. 7+ years of professional experience. Current, relevant AI, automation, cloud, software, or technology certification(s), where applicable. Demonstrated professional experience building and implementing AI automation solutions. Strong understanding of AI tools, APIs, integrations, workflows, and automation platforms. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students. Experience with training, mentoring, teaching, or presenting is preferred. Reliable computer, webcam, microphone, and internet connection. BenefitsCompensation Cohort-Based Contract Compensation Course Content Development: $1,000–$3,000 per course, based on course scope and complexity. Live Instruction: $35–$105 per instructional hour. Student Support & Grading: Additional compensation based on cohort requirements. Repeat Cohorts: Additional compensation for each subsequent cohort taught. Compensation is based on experience, course complexity, content requirements, and cohort size.
