Ai Automation Lead - Salesforce & Business Workflows

Ayora is searching for an experienced AI Automation Lead to join a leading design-led business as a dedicated, full-time team member.This is a hands-on implementation role for someone who can understand how a business operates, identify valuable automation opportunities and turn them into working solutions.You will work across sales, marketing, finance, operations and inventory mapping processes, connecting systems and implementing practical AI-enabled workflows.What you’ll doDiscover and document business processes, systems and data flows.Identify and prioritise AI and automation opportunities.Build prototypes, integrations and production-ready workflows.Work with Salesforce and its connected platforms.Integrate systems using APIs, automation platforms and data workflows.Evaluate AI tools and recommend when to build, buy or integrate.Prepare clear business cases based on value, risk and delivery effort.Support user testing, documentation, training and adoption.Report progress clearly to business and executive stakeholders.What we’re looking forDemonstrated experience delivering AI automations and business workflows.Strong practical knowledge of APIs, integrations and connected systems.Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.Evidence of completed solutions, prototypes or workflows you can demonstrate.Ability to analyse processes and connect technical work to measurable business value.A sound understanding of privacy, access control, security and production change management.Strong written and spoken English.Confidence working directly with operational and executive stakeholders.Curiosity, initiative and a practical approach to emerging AI tools.Experience in sales, marketing, finance, inventory, supply chain or operational automation will be highly regarded.This role is notA strategy-only or advisory position.A general software-engineering role.A research role focused on AI theory.A role where ideas are handed to another team for implementation.You should be comfortable owning the journey from discovery and prioritisation through to prototyping, implementation, documentation and adoption.What success looks likeWithin your first 90 days, you will have mapped priority processes, created an AI and automation opportunity register, developed approved proofs of concept and begun deploying high-value solutions through the client’s change-control process.How to apply (Important)Please submit:Your CV or LinkedIn profile.A short introduction explaining why this role suits you.Two or three examples of automations, integrations or AI-enabled workflows you have personally delivered.The tools and platforms used, your individual contribution and the business result.Your location, availability and expected monthly remuneration.Shortlisted applicants will complete an initial interview, evidence review, practical technical assessment and business communication assessment.
