🚀 We’re Hiring: Agentic AI Solutions Engineer📍 Dubai, UAE | Full-time | On-site/HybridWe are an AI startup looking for a passionate and technically skilled Agentic AI Solutions Engineer to join us in Dubai.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building real-world AI solutions, understanding customer challenges, and deploying intelligent agents across different industries. You will work closely with customers and our internal team to turn business needs into reliable, practical AI systems.What you’ll do:Design, build, test, and deploy agentic AI solutionsUnderstand customer workflows, challenges, and business requirementsTranslate customer needs into effective technical solutionsDevelop AI agents using large language models, APIs, tools, databases, and automation platformsIntegrate agents with existing customer systemsMonitor deployed solutions and improve their reliability, accuracy, and performanceManage multiple projects and deliver effectively in a fast-paced startup environmentDemonstrate prototypes and explain technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersContribute to our technical direction, processes, and long-term growthWhat we’re looking for:Strong practical understanding of agentic AI, large language models, prompt engineering, and AI workflowsDemonstrable experience building AI agents, automations, or production-ready AI applicationsExperience with Python or another relevant programming languageFamiliarity with APIs, system integrations, databases, cloud platforms, and deployment practicesStrong problem-solving and customer-discovery skillsAbility to remain focused, adaptable, and dependable under pressureClear communication skills and a customer-first mindsetA portfolio, GitHub profile, case study, live demonstration, or previous project that shows your capabilitiesBased in Dubai or able to work from DubaiExperience with RAG, vector databases, multi-agent systems, AI evaluation, security, and monitoring is an advantage.Who will thrive here:We are a small startup with ambitious plans.
