You turn incoming requests into working connections between tools, with clear instructions and useful checks. An automation starts an agreed action when something happens, without someone clicking each step. A technology team lead guides your priorities, reviews your approach, and helps resolve difficult questions. This position is fully remote, so you can work from home. The role pays a monthly base salary plus bonus opportunities. Your finished work helps colleagues follow consistent steps and spot problems before they spread.
Job Responsibilities
- Build automations that run without repeated clicks, using an automation tool such as Zapier to connect existing systems. Choose simple steps that others can understand.
- Review incoming requests in a work management tool such as Asana, which organizes requests and progress. Confirm priorities before starting a build.
- Ask colleagues how they complete repeated work today. Write the steps, required details, expected output, and points needing human review.
- Draft and improve prompts, the instructions given to an AI assistant such as Claude. Check every AI answer before using or sharing it.
- Build each workflow in small steps. Connect the agreed tools and confirm that information reaches the right place without repeated typing.
- Test normal cases, missing details, and failed connections with safe examples. Find the cause of faults and correct them before release.
- Add checks and alerts for stopped workflows or doubtful AI answers. Set a clear path for a person to review exceptions.
- Write a short guide explaining each automation, its starting event, and its checks. Show colleagues how to use it safely.
- Watch newly released workflows and respond to reported problems. Retest changes and share brief progress updates with the team lead.
- Keep a simple workflow list with its purpose, connected tools, and owner. Suggest improvements based on repeated requests and manual steps.
- Judge quality through reliable runs, checked AI results, clear notes, and prompt fixes. Confirm that colleagues understand changes before sharing them widely.
