AI Automation Specialist (Remote)

We're a senior-led recruiting and hiring-systems consultancy based in Switzerland. One senior partner. We're hiring an Operations Specialist to build and run our automation layer — start to finish, on our infrastructure, with clean documentation.What you'd buildApplication intake → ranked shortlist. Every applicant lands clean and scored, so we open a ranked queue instead of a pile of CVs.Pipeline sync. Candidate progress stays in lockstep across our internal tools and the client-facing boards we share.Job board automation. Every open role appears on our website automatically, with an application flow that pushes applicants straight into our system.BD pipeline. Weekly signals — funding rounds, hiring gaps — land in our BD pipeline, sorted warm to cold, with a suggested next action.How the engagement worksTime: X hours/month committed.Setup: Freelance contract.Deliverables: one system live per month, milestone-paced, documented as you build.Infrastructure: our accounts, our keys. You build on it, we own it.We pay for shipped, working, documented systems. Not for hours logged on half-finished work.RequirementsYou've shipped at least one production automation that someone else now uses day-to-day. Not a demo.Fluent with workflow tools (n8n, Make, Pipedream, or similar) and at least one of Python or JavaScript.Comfortable with REST APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.You've built with LLMs in production — Claude – preferred, GPT, DeepSeek, or similar.Experience working with CRM Tools.Fluent written English.At least 4 hours/week overlap with Zurich working hours (08:00–18:00 CET).Self-directed.
