Business Developer - GenAI & Financial Crime TransformationAn experienced Business Developer to join a strategic AI transformation programme within the domain of a leading international bank.Working alongside Data Scientists, Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders, you will help translate business challenges into scalable AI and GenAI use cases that deliver measurable business value.About the RoleAs a Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities where AI can create business value and translating those opportunities into actionable initiatives.You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Financial Crime subject matter experts, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams.You will:Identify, analyse, and prioritise opportunities for AI, GenAI, and automation within Financial Crime operations.Translate business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational challenges into clear requirements and use cases.Develop business cases, value propositions, and ROI models for AI initiatives.Drive use cases from ideation and discovery through implementation and adoption.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of Business Developers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Owners.Support stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption activities.Monitor and track business value, including productivity gains, cost reductions, quality improvements, and operational impact.Ensure solutions align with governance, risk, compliance, and regulatory requirements.Contribute to the development of a scalable AI and GenAI capability within the organisation. ExperienceMaster's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Technology, Data & AI, or a related field.Proven experience as a Business Developer, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Process Improvement Lead, or similar role.Experience working within Financial Economic Crime (FEC), AML, KYC, CDD, Transaction Monitoring, or related financial services environments.Experience driving business transformation, process optimisation, or digital innovation initiatives.Experience developing business cases and measuring value realisation.Experience working within large and regulated organisations.KnowledgeUnderstanding of Financial Crime processes and associated regulatory requirements.Knowledge of GenAI, Agentic AI, automation, and data-driven business processes.Understanding of AI delivery lifecycles from idea generation and PoC through to production deployment.Knowledge of governance and risk considerations when implementing AI solutions in regulated environments.SkillsStrong business analysis and requirements gathering capabilities.Ability to translate complex business challenges into scalable technology solutions.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong facilitation, workshop, and prioritisation skills.Ability to balance business value, feasibility, risk, and implementation considerations.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.About Levy ProfessionalsSince 2000 we provide professional solutions to organizations ranging from tech start-ups to global players.
