AI Business AnalystManchester We’re looking for an experienced AI Business Analyst to join a major organisation undergoing significant AI-led transformation.This isn’t a traditional BA role. You will help identify where Generative AI, Agentic AI and automation can improve business processes, reduce manual effort and enable better decision-making, then work with business and technology teams to turn those opportunities into practical solutions.The roleYou will work across multiple business functions to:Identify and prioritise high-value AI and automation opportunitiesMap current processes and design future-state, AI-enabled workflowsTranslate business challenges into AI use cases, requirements, user stories and success measuresWork closely with Engineers, Data, Security and business teams to develop safe, scalable AI solutionsSupport POCs, pilots and rollouts, including testing, acceptance criteria and business readinessHelp drive change, training and adoption of new AI-enabled ways of workingTrack benefits including productivity, cost savings, adoption and AI/token usageDevelop reusable prompt libraries, AI workflows, templates and best-practice materialsExperienceYou will ideally have 5+ years in Business Analysis / Transformation experience, with strong process improvement and stakeholder management skillsYou will have hands on experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Power Apps or Azure AI Services, alongside a good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation and responsible AIExperience with process mapping/BPMN, requirements gathering, user stories, change management and technology delivery will be important, as will the ability to work confidently with senior business stakeholders and technical teamsThis is a great opportunity for a BA who has moved beyond simply using AI tools and understands how to embed AI into real business processes and ways of working
