We build AI-powered systems that handle the repetitive parts of job hunting, so job seekers get a smoother, smarter experience.We're looking for an AI Business Operations Intern to help us design, build, and scale the AI-driven systems that keep our business running day to day.What You'll DoThis role brings together AI engineering, workflow automation, and business operations. You'll take manual, time-consuming processes and rebuild them as intelligent, scalable systems that improve how the business runs.Build and Deploy AI Agents: Use tools like OpenClaw, Manus, AntiGravity, and custom LLM workflows to automate candidate sourcing, job indexing, and core business operations.Integrate APIs and Automate Workflows: Connect third-party APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms such as n8n and Make, together with custom Python scripts, to streamline how the business operates internally.Develop Vector Databases and Data Pipelines: Turn unstructured job-market and candidate data into organized, searchable information using vector databases and retrieval systems that power smarter AI search and matching.Create Internal Tools and Prototypes: Build lightweight dashboards and working prototypes with Python backends and React frontends, giving the team a live view of business and operational performance.Analyze and Improve Performance: Measure job-matching quality, review business and operational metrics, find bottlenecks, and improve both automation accuracy and the candidate experience across the UAE.Who We're Looking ForAI-First and Technically Capable: Prompting AI tools is just your starting point.
