We are committed to:ExcellenceResponsibilityEmpowermentConnectivityCourageJob PurposeThe role of the AI Consultant and Operations Engineer at Dar will be to advise business and design teams on the adoption of artificial intelligence, translate operational and workflow challenges into practical AI use cases, and provide functional and technical support for developed and deployed AI applications. They combine consultative engagement with hands-on deployment, testing, troubleshooting, user enablement, and service reliability to drive adoption and value realization across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses, but is not restricted to, the following responsibilities:Configure, test, and validate AI tools and agents prior to rollout, including user acceptance testing with business stakeholders (mainly internal).Act as first and second line support for deployed AI applications, triaging incidents, diagnosing root causes, and escalating to engineering teams when requiredAssist technical leads in reviewing AI agents solutions architecture set by business unitsMonitor adoption, usage, and service performance (KPIs, metrics) of AI applications and report on issue trends and resolution times.Engage with design, engineering, and corporate teams to advise on AI tools and use cases prototyped by the business units.Gather and document requirements and success criteria, and translate them into functional specifications for AI solutionsMaintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, user guides, and FAQsDeliver training, onboarding sessions, and demonstrations to help teams adopt AI tools effectively and responsibly.Stay current with AI trends and suggest improvements to existing tools, workflows, and support processesSupport project planning, documentation, and presentations.Contribute to change management, mentoring, and knowledge sharing within the company.

Qualifications

Must have a degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related fieldPreferred 1-3 years professional experience in at least 2 of the following areas: AI or technology consulting, business analysis, requirements gathering, solution delivery, and digital transformationMust have 1-3 years professional experience in at least 2 of the following areas: application or product support, incident and service management, user training and enablement, testing and user acceptance testing, AI systems deploymentWorking knowledge of AI, ML, and LLM concepts, with the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences, is a mustMust have proficiency in Python and SQL for scripting, data queries, and troubleshootingExperience working with APIs and integrating third-party AI services is preferableFamiliarity with ticketing and ITSM platforms (such as BMC Helix, Jira Service Management or ServiceNow) and with monitoring and logging tools, is preferable Experience preparing documentation, training material, and stakeholder presentations, is preferredExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team environment is a mustThis position is mainly internal client-facing, hence a high client-centric mindset and consulting interest is a mustFamiliarity with AEC tools (Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Navisworks) is a plus.Equal Opportunity StatementWhile we carefully review all applications, only candidates who meet the specified requirements will be contacted for further consideration.
