We're personal, professional, and proactive – not a faceless national helpdesk.As client demand for AI grows, we're adding a dedicated role to help lead and build on our existing AI framework – guiding clients through AI adoption.The RoleThis is a strategic, dual-mandate role reporting into Orbitel's leadership team. You'll be the person our clients turn to for grounded, trustworthy AI advice – and the person shaping how Orbitel itself uses AI to deliver better outcomes internally. You'll have real ownership over how this function is built, backed by 20+ years of client trust and technical credibility.1. Client AI Adoption•    Assess client readiness for AI and identify practical, low-risk opportunities•     Build AI adoption roadmaps tailored to each client's size, industry, and goals•     Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms suited to SME environments•     Deliver staff training and awareness sessions so clients adopt AI with confidence2. Internal AI Capability•     Identify and implement AI tools to improve Orbitel's own service delivery•     Pilot and evaluate emerging AI capabilities before wider rollout•     Report on adoption outcomes, risks, and ROI to leadership•     Stay current with the fast-moving AI landscape, attending workshops, conferences, and industry events to continually upskill and bring new thinking back to the teamWhat We're Looking ForYou'll bring hands-on experience using AI tools and platforms in a business context, along with the ability to translate that capability into plain-language, business-focused advice. You have a strong understanding of data privacy, security, and risk considerations around AI, and you're comfortable working directly with SME business owners and managers.
