A pioneer in breaking down the barriers between strategy and execution, Infosys Consulting delivers superior business value to its clients by advising them on strategy and process optimization as well as IT-enabled transformation, visit us at https://www.infosys.com/consultingInfosys Consulting - Where Innovation meets Excellence.The TeamAs we continue to expand our consulting capabilities, we are seeking a Technology Consultant with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Project Management to support digital transformation initiatives across industriesThe role will involve working closely with clients to define, design, and implement scalable solutions that drive business value.ResponsibilitiesClient Engagement & AdvisoryEngage with clients to understand business challenges and translate these into technology-enabled solutionsAdvise stakeholders on best practices, methodologies, and innovative AI-driven approachesFacilitate workshops to define business requirements, use cases, and transformation roadmapsCommunicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly mannerAI & Technology DeliveryHands-on exposure to Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Graph RAG, with the ability to design intelligent, data-driven solutions and knowledge retrieval systems.Proficient in Data Science and AI/ML, enabling development of predictive models, advanced analytics, and automation use cases.Experience in end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, including use case identification, data preparation, model development, deployment, and ongoing support.Ability to leverage AI for process optimization, customer behavior analysis, intelligent reporting, and enhanced user experiences (e.g., workflow automation, personalization).Exposure to Agentic AI and automation frameworks, contributing to innovative consulting solutions and the design of self-service, task-oriented intelligent systemsProject & Program ManagementPlan, manage, and execute projects using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologiesDefine scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metricsTrack progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependenciesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure alignmentDrive end-to-end delivery across transformation programs, ensuring quality and timely executionTransformation & Delivery ExcellenceSupport end-to-end transformation initiatives including process redesign, system integration, and data flow optimizationEnsure development and maintenance of key project assets (e.g., requirements traceability, process maps, data models)Identify improvement opportunities and resolve delivery challenges across program streamsAbout YouYou are an entrepreneurial and collaborative consultant with a strong mix of technical knowledge, delivery capability, and business acumen, capable of operating in fast-paced, client-facing environments.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field.12+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, cloud transformation, or software asset management.Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum) or AI/Cloud are advantageousOur ideal candidate will be:Able to balance technical and commercial considerations to develop practical recommendations for our clientsAble to build strong and effective business relationships at all levelsAble to support and oversee staff with less experience in their tasksAble to explain complex subjects without using jargon (both written and verbal)Be comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-moving and ambitious global team where the client comes firstFluent in English and another languagePlease note, you must hold the relevant and suitable right to work
