Role Title: AI Consulting & Solutioning Lead – InsuranceLocation: London, United Kingdom Employment Type: PermanentQualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:Essential Energy & Infrastructure experienceStrong professional experience within the Insurance sector, gained through consulting, technology services and/or industry roles.Demonstrable understanding of the Insurance industry landscape, business models, operating environments and key transformation priorities.Experience advising Energy & Infrastructure clients on digital, data, AI and/or technology-led transformation.Established credibility engaging with senior business and technology stakeholders within E&I, with the ability to connect industry challenges to practical transformation solutions.Proven experience identifying, shaping and progressing complex consulting and technology opportunities within the Energy & Infrastructure sector.Strong understanding of how AI, GenAI, data, automation and digital technologies can be applied to improve operational performance, decision-making, customer outcomes and business value within E&I.Experience leading multidisciplinary solutioning teams across consulting, architecture, engineering, data, AI and delivery.Strong commercial capability, with experience contributing to pipeline development, revenue growth, deal conversion and account expansion.
