This role combines AI quality assurance, conversational AI engineering, RAG services articulation, and system optimization, owning the evaluation, testing, configuration, training, and tuning of AI flows.The role ensures that AI interactions are accurate, consistent, context-aware, and aligned with multi-sector business objectives by designing quality conversational flows, reducing hallucinations, and optimizing AI behaviour through prompt engineering, context management, retrieval strategies, and model configurations.The AI Quality & Reliability Engineer works across QA, engineering, and product teams to establish AI quality standards, automate evaluation processes, and continuously improve the company’s AI capabilities.RequirementsYou have built/coded something with AI from scratch (without vibe)GMT+3 <> GMT+6BYOD - Own dev machine capable of running at least 3+ VsCode instances, 3+ Docker containers without RAM struggle.AI context engineeringDeep understanding of OpenAI/Gemini (and compatible) APIs functionalityFunction callingFunction-less operationRAG chains and service calls sequencing/articulationAdvanced prompting (technical)Hallucination control techniquesAI skillsExperience with Cursor or similar IDEGood balance of human vs ai-assisted codingQA skillsManual AI QA over reasoning, behaviour and hallucination controlAutomation of A!
