What you will do:Own the AI vision, roadmap and prioritizationIdentify high-value AI/GenAI use cases with business & technology leadersCoordinate and challenge cross-functional teams (AppDev, Architecture, DevOps, Data, Project Office) to deliver results despite competing prioritiesWork closely with Architecture on platforms, APIs and MLOps/LLMOps capabilitiesDrive both cloud-based AI (with proper data filtering) and on-premise/local AI solutionsEnsure proper use of concepts such as RAG, guardrails and responsible AI practicesDrive adoption through change management, training and internal evangelismEnsure regulatory, ethical and security complianceReport measurable impact to senior leadershipWhat we are looking for:Experience leading AI or digital transformation programs in banking/financial servicesStrong ability to influence and coordinate teams without direct authoritySolid understanding of AI/GenAI concepts, including RAG, guardrails, and hybrid (cloud + local) deployment approachesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsChange management mindset – comfortable creating focus and healthy urgencyKnowledge of data privacy, security and banking regulations
