AI Data Curator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing, reviewing, and maintaining textual data used in AI systems and internal knowledge bases. This role includes sorting Markdown files, checking content structure and accuracy, categorizing documents, preparing datasets for AI training, and supporting the continuous improvement of AI-generated responses.The candidate should be comfortable working with large volumes of text, structured documentation, file systems, and detailed content guidelines. Strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to identify errors or incomplete information are essential for this position.ResponsibilitiesReview, sort, and organize Markdown files and other text-based documentsCategorize content according to predefined topics, projects, departments, or data structuresPrepare, clean, and format textual data for AI training and internal knowledge basesCheck Markdown files for formatting errors, broken links, incorrect headings, duplicate content, and structural inconsistenciesRename, move, merge, or separate files according to internal documentation standardsReview AI-generated responses and evaluate their accuracy, relevance, clarity, and compliance with instructionsIdentify incorrect, outdated, duplicated, or incomplete information within datasetsLabel and annotate text data based on established guidelinesCreate and maintain consistent folder structures, tags, metadata, and naming conventionsConvert unstructured information into clear and structured Markdown documentationCollect, organize, and categorize feedback related to AI responses and system performanceReport recurring content issues, data gaps, and inconsistencies to the relevant departmentsSupport communication between technical, content, and operational teamsMaintain accurate records of reviewed files, completed tasks, identified issues, and implemented changesFollow data quality, confidentiality, and information security requirementsAssist during high-volume data processing and AI training periodsPerform other AI data preparation, documentation, and content management duties as assignedQualificationsStrong understanding of Markdown syntax and document structureAbility to work confidently with files, folders, text documents, and structured dataEnglish language proficiency, particularly strong reading and written comprehensionExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify small formatting or content errorsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to process large volumes of information accurately and consistentlyAbility to follow detailed instructions, classification rules, and content guidelinesStrong analytical thinking and ability to evaluate the quality and relevance of informationAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience working with AI tools, language models, datasets, or content management systems is considered an advantageBasic knowledge of Git, GitHub, GitLab, or version control systems is considered an advantageBasic knowledge of HTML, YAML, JSON, or other structured text formats is considered an advantageExperience in data annotation, content moderation, technical writing, quality assurance, or document management is considered an advantageKnowledge of Russian, Ukrainian, or Czech is considered an advantageWorking ConditionsSalary: 12,500 AED per monthAdditional bonuses for high workload periods: up to 10,000 AED per yearWorking hours: Monday to Thursday, 10:30 AM – 6:30 PMPeak workload periods may occur during major dataset updates, AI training cycles, or project deadlinesThe role requires extended work with text documents, computer files, and AI-based systemsTraining, internal guidelines, and task-specific instructions will be provided
