In this role, you will develop AI-powered workflows, scalable data pipelines, and interactive analytics applications to enhance decision-making and eliminate manual processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into efficient, data-driven solutions and enable self-service analytics across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build AI-powered workflows and automation solutions to enhance business processesDevelop scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, validation, and publishingBuild and deploy AI/ML and LLM-based use cases such as classification, anomaly detection, and insight generationCreate interactive, web-based analytics applications to support business and operational decision-makingIntegrate backend systems, APIs, and data layers to enable self-serve analytics platformsReplace manual reporting and static dashboards with automated, application-based solutionsEnsure data quality, consistency, and scalability across data models and analytics systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutionsEnable data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights and scalable data productsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field2–4 years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, automation, or AI/ML rolesStrong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience building production-grade pipelines and automation systemsSolid SQL skills with experience handling large-scale datasetsExperience or exposure to AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, prompt engineering, or AI-powered workflowsFamiliarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g., Lambda, Step Functions, Glue, S3, Bedrock, SageMaker)Experience building data pipelines or scheduled/event-driven workflows (e.g., Airflow, cron)Exposure to frontend technologies (e.g., React) is a plusFamiliarity with data warehouses and distributed systems (e.g., Redshift, Athena, Spark)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsAbility to work independently and deliver end-to-end solutionsExcellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Work Conditions
