AI/Data Solutions Architect

****We’re Hiring for an AI/Data Solutions Architect****Location: New Cairo, Egypt (On-site)Experience: 8+ yearsWe are supporting a leading company in establishing a specialized technology Delivery Hub in Egypt. The new hub will act as a regional technology engine, delivering enterprise-scale data, AI and intelligent automation solutions. It will also establish a sustainable Center of Excellence for AI and advanced analytics.We are looking for an experienced AI/Data Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and design scalable, secure and production-ready data and AI platforms.Key responsibilities:Define the architecture and technical roadmap for enterprise data, analytics and AI solutions.Design scalable platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and the wider Azure ecosystem.Architect modern Lakehouse, data integration, analytics and AI/ML solutions.Translate complex business requirements into secure and practical solution architectures.Design microservices and API-based integration patterns for distributed enterprise environments.Establish architecture principles, reusable patterns, engineering standards and governance controls.Lead technical discovery, solution design and architecture-review sessions.Evaluate platform choices and make decisions based on scalability, performance, security and cost.Guide engineering teams throughout implementation, deployment and production rollout.Support the development of reusable accelerators and capabilities for the AI and advanced analytics Center of Excellence.Collaborate with product, data, AI, security, infrastructure and business stakeholders across multiple countries.Mentor technical teams and promote architecture and engineering best practices.Requirements:At least eight years of relevant experience in data, cloud or solution architecture.Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.Strong hands-on architecture experience with Microsoft Fabric and/or Azure Databricks.Experience designing enterprise data platforms, lakehouse architectures and complex data-integration solutions.Strong understanding of microservices, APIs and distributed-system architecture.Experience taking enterprise platforms from initial design through production implementation.Why consider this opportunity?Join a newly established technology Delivery Hub at an early and influential stage.Help shape a regional Center of Excellence for AI and advanced analytics.Architect enterprise solutions used across multiple industries and countries.Work with modern Azure, Fabric, Databricks and AI technologies.Influence technical standards, platform direction and engineering culture.Interested candidates are invited to apply with an up-to-date CV or contact me directly for a confidential discussion.
