Position: AI Delivery Lead / ArchitectLocation: New York, NY(Hybrid)Job Description:Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 15+ Years of relevant experienceCopilot Studio -mandatory; deep architectural knowledge of agent design, deployment models, and platform constraintsPower Automate -architectural understanding of advanced flow patterns, approvals, and error handlingRAG design -expert-level experience architecting retrieval pipelines with SharePoint, Graph, and custom connectorsPrompt architecture -ability to define structured, reusable prompt patterns and design standards across a teamGovernance & security -deep knowledge of Entra ID, data boundaries, and enterprise-grade access control frameworksEnterprise integration -experience designing connector and API strategies at scale in financial services environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex billing issues.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
